How Customizable Is Takeprofit Bridge? Configuration Options for Brokers

A liquidity bridge is not a system brokers configure once and leave unchanged. Liquidity sources, pricing, routing rules, client groups, and risk settings may need to change as the brokerage grows or its trading model evolves.

Despite the fact that Takeprofit Bridge is an alternative to oneZero Hub, it is designed as a highly configurable and flexible liquidity infrastructure. Brokers can adapt it in two ways:

  • Configure the existing functionality — including symbols, liquidity providers, synthetic liquidity, price channels, accounts, execution rules, and exposure limits.
  • Request custom development — including new functionality, integrations, and connections to liquidity providers that are not yet supported.

Below, we look at both levels of customization.

1. Bridge Configuration Options

Symbols

Each instrument can be configured separately. Brokers can define:

  • base and quote currencies
  • suffix
  • number of digits
  • market depth
  • aggregation mode
  • quote expiration
  • liquidity-provider priority

The same instrument can have different names across different liquidity providers. Takeprofit Bridge maps these LP-specific symbols to the Bridge symbol and allows the broker to determine which providers participate in the aggregated book and in what priority.

Symbols can also be imported, exported, filtered, and edited in bulk.

Makers: liquidity providers

Each liquidity provider is configured as a maker.

For every connection, brokers can configure the integration type, connection parameters, connection status, and quote logging.

Settings can also be defined per liquidity provider and per symbol, including:

  • bid and ask markup
  • price multiplier
  • default volume
  • volume step
  • tick size

This allows different liquidity sources to use different pricing and instrument settings within the same Bridge installation.

Synthetic liquidity

Takeprofit Bridge can generate synthetic instruments instead of receiving them directly from an external liquidity provider. Brokers can configure:

  • the calculation formula
  • fixed or variable spread
  • market-depth structure
  • volume at each depth level
  • price steps
  • price and volume noise
  • level retention
  • source-stale timeout

Synthetic liquidity can also be combined with real liquidity in the same order book.

Takers

Takers are the systems that consume liquidity from Takeprofit Bridge, such as trading platforms, white labels, or API clients. For each taker, brokers can configure:

  • connection type and parameters
  • subscribed price channels
  • margin account
  • optional drop-copy destination

Quotes, trades, and drop-copy operate through separate sessions and can be monitored independently.

Price channels

Price channels allow brokers to create different quote streams from the same underlying liquidity. For each instrument within a price channel, brokers can configure:

  • outgoing symbol name
  • digits
  • liquidity providers contributing quotes
  • bid and ask markup
  • minimum and maximum spread
  • maximum depth
  • volume step
  • starting book level
  • dynamic spread settings

Different takers can then be assigned to different price channels.

Within each price channel, brokers can create rules that define how individual instruments or groups of instruments are priced and distributed. A single price channel supports up to 65,536 such rules. This limit applies to the number of rules in the channel, not to the number of symbols supported by Takeprofit Bridge.

Risk profiles

Risk profiles control how orders are processed and how A-book and B-book routing is applied. At profile level, brokers can configure:

  • stop-out level
  • margin rate
  • default B-book share
  • commission per million
  • end-of-day offset
  • rounding
  • available liquidity providers
  • volume allocation between providers

Each profile can also contain an ordered set of execution rules.

A rule can match an order based on parameters such as:

  • time and day
  • login
  • account group
  • symbol
  • security
  • order comment
  • account color
  • BUY or SELL direction
  • volume
  • balance
  • position lifetime
  • execution type
  • order type

The rule can then:

  • reject the order
  • change the B-book share
  • change the volume share
  • add an execution delay
  • add slippage
  • treat a limit order as a market order
  • apply worst-price protection
  • change the book-price basis
  • redirect the order to another account

This lets brokers build execution logic for specific client groups, instruments, order sizes, or trading periods without custom coding.

Events

Events allow brokers to schedule temporary changes to price-channel settings. An event can override:

  • markups
  • minimum spread
  • maximum spread
  • maximum depth
  • volume step

For example, a broker can automatically apply different pricing during rollover, major market events, or periods of lower liquidity and return to the standard configuration afterward.

Net open position limits

NOP Limits allow brokers to control exposure and configure alerts. Limits can be defined by:

  • symbol pattern
  • price channels
  • accounts
  • consumers
  • exposure limit in USD
  • alert threshold
  • notification destination

2. Custom Development and New Integrations

Configuration is only one level of customization in Takeprofit Bridge.
If a broker needs functionality that is not available in the standard configuration, Takeprofit Tech can also develop additional features or integrations for a specific setup.

One common example is liquidity-provider connectivity.

Takeprofit Bridge already supports integrations with 30+ liquidity providers and liquidity technology vendors. If a broker works with a provider that is not yet supported, a new connection can be developed on request.

The same approach can be used for other broker-specific requirements, such as:

This is an important difference between configuring an existing liquidity hub and adapting the infrastructure itself.

Brokers evaluating Takeprofit Bridge against systems such as oneZero Hub or PrimeXM XCore therefore do not have to limit the comparison to the functionality available out of the box.

If a specific integration or workflow is missing, it can be discussed as a custom development rather than treated as a fixed product limitation. This also makes it easier to migrate from oneZero Hub to Takeprofit Bridge.

How Customizable Is Takeprofit Bridge?

Takeprofit Bridge can be adapted at two levels.

First, dealing teams can configure liquidity, pricing, routing, execution, accounts, and risk controls directly in the Bridge.

Second, when configuration is not enough, you can request additional functionality and integrations, including connections to new liquidity providers.

During Takeprofit Bridge setup and onboarding, the configuration is adapted to the broker’s desired liquidity connections, trading platforms, routing logic, and risk requirements. It can then be adjusted further as the broker’s liquidity model and infrastructure change.
